This Privacy Policy describes how SURV7X LLC (“SURV7X,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, and discloses information when you visit our website, contact us, or communicate with us by text message (SMS).
We collect information you provide directly to us, such as your name, business or organization name, email address, mobile phone number, and the contents of any message you send us. We collect this information when you submit a form on our website, request a fit call, exchange email with us, or opt in to receive text messages. We also collect limited technical data (such as IP address and basic device/browser information) and use cookies or local storage to operate the site and remember your preferences.
We use the information we collect to respond to your inquiries, deliver the services you request, schedule and conduct fit calls, send service-related updates (such as appointment reminders, request status, onboarding documents, and operational notices), and improve our website and services. We process your information to operate our business and, where required, with your consent.
Consent / opt-in. By providing your mobile phone number and checking the SMS consent box on our contact form (or otherwise giving us express written or verbal consent), you agree that SURV7X may send you text messages related to your inquiry and engagement, such as conversational replies, appointment reminders, request status updates, onboarding requests, and account or service notices. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchase and is not required to receive our services.
Shop order texts. Buyers may separately opt in at cart checkout to automated order-confirmation texts by checking an optional, unchecked SMS box and providing their mobile number. A successful payment is required before an order confirmation is sent. We record the order reference, mobile number, consent wording/version, source, and server timestamp. We do not enroll buyers from a shipping phone number or an unchecked box. This consent is for order confirmations only, not marketing.
Owner order alerts. The designated store owner enrolls separately through authenticated shop-admin settings. We record the consenting admin ID, disclosure version, and server timestamp. These operational texts contain paid-order items, quantities, options, total paid, and an admin link. Owner enrollment does not enroll buyers.
Message frequency. Message frequency varies based on your interaction with us. For shop confirmations, one text per successfully paid, opted-in order; for owner alerts, one text per successfully paid shop order when enabled. SMS delivery is subject to carrier availability and sender activation.
Message & data rates. Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan.
Opt-out. You can cancel SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message. After you send STOP, we will send a one-time confirmation and will not send you any further text messages unless you opt in again.

No mobile information is sold or shared with third parties for marketing. We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile phone number or SMS consent with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. We share this information only with our SMS provider(s) solely to deliver and support the messaging service. No mobile opt-in data or consent is shared for any other purpose.
We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with service providers who help us operate our business (for example, email delivery, SMS delivery, hosting, and payment processing), and only to the extent necessary to provide those services. We may also disclose information when required by law or to protect our rights, safety, or property.
We use commercially reasonable safeguards, including encryption in transit and access controls, to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your data and limit access to those who need it to operate our services.
